Location: Chester CH4

Working Hours/Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday : 8am - 4:30pm

Overtime opportunities available: 1.5x pay Monday to Saturday, 2x pay on Sundays.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to on-site operations.
  • Raise and process orders using in-house digital systems.
  • Expedite orders by following up with suppliers via phone and email.
  • Interact with on-site customers in a professional manner.
  • Respond to emails and telephone enquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collect and deliver stock between departments on-site (may involve using a company vehicle*).
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong IT literacy, including professional email correspondence and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks.
  • A full, clean UK driving license is beneficial but not essential.
