Our Rents and Service Charge Team are looking for two new people to join us!

Are you customer focused, driven and always asking questions then this could be the role for you!

Supporting the Rent and Service Charge accountants you will be the first point of contact for all queries relating to rents and service charges. Working across the organisation and getting out and about in our schemes will be key .

When you aren’t out speaking to staff and customers you will be working on our systems raising invoices, managing debt balances and working on our housing management system.

If you think you’ve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we’d still love to hear from you. The closing date for applications is 9am on 18th November.

Interviews will take place over teams initially and then we will meet you at our office in Lightfoot Street in Chester.
