Town Planner
Location: Chester
Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Handle and prioritize your own projects.
- Client Service: Deliver high-quality work and bespoke advice.
- Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage applications; generate reports.
- Project Management: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and manage project meetings.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, Planning Officers, and other stakeholders.
- Team Support: Assist team members and share workload.
- Administration: Manage budgets, time recording, and invoicing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: Ideally MRTPI qualified n.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, IT, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, with good time management.
