Chartered Town Planner - Chester

The RoleAs a Chartered Town Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors.
- Providing strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies to support project development.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborating with a talented team of planning and property professionals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) Chartered status.
- Proven experience managing planning projects, ideally within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation and processes in England.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A client-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
