Chartered Town Planner - Chester

The Role

As a Chartered Town Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors.
  • Providing strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies to support project development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) Chartered status.
  • Proven experience managing planning projects, ideally within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation and processes in England.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A client-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
