The Role

As a Chartered Town Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors.
Providing strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies to support project development.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborating with a talented team of planning and property professionals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) Chartered status.
Proven experience managing planning projects, ideally within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment.
Strong knowledge of planning legislation and processes in England.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A client-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
