An experienced, ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a specialist Property team in the beautiful city of Chester. The Commercial Property department continues to thrive across its network of offices in Chester and North Wales and is keen to add a talented Solicitor to the team.

The team handles a diverse range of matters, including agricultural property, option agreements and leases, sale of land for development, and property development. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of PQE gained in a renowned Commercial Property department, with experience dealing with a variety of issues for a range of clients, from landowners to sizeable companies. While agricultural experience is beneficial, it is not essential, as the team provides the necessary support and development opportunities. 

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and includes hybrid working as standard.
