Vacancy Description: Family Private Law Solicitor Location: Chester Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

We have a vacancy for an experienced dynamic private law solicitor who can run a caseload of divorce/finance and children files to work in a busy family department based in Chester.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE but with a desire to manage and who is ambitious and looking for the opportunity to progress. The candidate should have a strong background in finances, children and advocacy. Panel accreditation would be an advantage but not essential as this can be obtained upon employment. The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

Job roleWorking within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:? Run own private caseload and work independently ? Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas ? Providing support/training to the team as required? Supervision of junior team members
