My client recognizes that the breakdown of any relationship is an extremely painful and difficult time, and they are committed to providing unparalleled support and guidance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping clients resolve issues related to finances, the family home, and arrangements for children.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of Family and Matrimonial law, including Divorce, Separation, and Financial Arrangements.
  • Handle complex matters involving Businesses, Pensions, Farms, Family Trusts, Inheritance, and more.
  • Manage child arrangement cases, including those involving domestic abuse or international relocation.
  • Advise on Cohabitation Agreements and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.
  • Utilize considerable Court experience to represent clients effectively.
  • Participate as a collaborative family lawyer and mediator.
