Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child-related cases.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients in sensitive and complex family law situations.
• Preparing legal documents, including divorce petitions, financial agreements, and child arrangements.
• Attending client meetings, court hearings, and mediation sessions as required.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date with developments in family law.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless service for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care at all times.
• Managing your caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in family law, ideally focusing on divorce, finance, and children matters.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client care ethos, with the ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations professionally.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car, as the role requires travel to court and other offices.
• Flexibility to travel across locations when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
