Eventus Legal are seeking a Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join a multi-service, Legal 500 firm with offices in Cheshire and North Wales. This is a permanent job position commutable from Conwy, Wrexham, Wirral and Chester with the benefit of remote working available on a hybrid basis to support your work-life balance.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Property Solicitor or Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

The caseload of matters will include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Leasehold and freehold properties
  • Re-mortgage
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Shared Ownership

Person Specification

We are seeking applications from Property Solicitors or Conveyancers with 3 years’ PQE and the ability to manage the above caseload with minimum supervision. You will be also able to demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Trustworthy and discreet approach to maintain discretion when it comes to confidential matters
