- Manage a caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Residential Sales and Purchases from start to finish.
- Handle Transfers of Equity.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
- Build and maintain lasting client and third-party relationships.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Assist in business development and networking.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
- Experience with Ochresoft Case Management System (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to delegate effectively.
- Good understanding of business development and department finances.
