Conveyancing SolicitorChester£32,000 - £45,000 (DOE)My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Residential Sales and Purchases from inception to completion, including Transfers of Equity. Experience with New Build transactions is desirable but not essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Residential Sales and Purchases from start to finish.
  • Handle Transfers of Equity.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Build and maintain lasting client and third-party relationships.
  • Provide exceptional client service.
  • Assist in business development and networking.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
  • Experience with Ochresoft Case Management System (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to delegate effectively.
  • Good understanding of business development and department finances.
