You must have previous experienced working as a Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Fee Earner

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday - hybrid working available

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
