Full Time, Temporary (up to 12 months - Maternity Cover)

About You

Muir Group has an aspiration to deliver 500 new homes by 2027 across our North West Region and East of England Region. Our current Development Manager is going on Maternity Leave in Jan/Feb 25 and we are therefore looking for a flexible, knowledgeable and enthusiastic person with the relevant experience to come and lead our Development Team for up to 12 months.

We need someone who has a passion to:

  • Provide experienced and visible leadership of our Development function (delivery, regulatory and compliance requirements, including adherence to the Homes England Process and Capital Funding Guide requirements

  • Lead on new business and procurement activity (appraisal to delivery)

  • Lead on financial management and cashflow

  • Effectively manage our consultant/project teams

  • Provide a service which is focused on great customer experience

  • Be flexible to deliver a high quality Development service
