Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in commercial property?

A highly respected Legal 500 firm based in Chester is seeking a talented and proactive Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious firm that offers competitive salary packages and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property team, including drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Organise and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and manage legal databases and documentation systems.
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and colleagues to facilitate the smooth running of the department.
  • Support fee earners with day-to-day case management, ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 month's experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within commercial property law.
  • Strong typing and audio transcription skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
