Responsibilities:

  • Deal effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and in-person, offering advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to ensure smooth progression of cases.
  • Maintain updated records on our case management system and other relevant websites.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and business introducers at all times.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for conveyancing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills & Attitude:

  • Strong administrative skills acquired in a previous office role.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or legal secretarial/administrative roles is desirable.
