Your new companyJoin an esteemed law firm based in Chester city centre, that offers excellent benefits and work environment. The selected candidate will work as a Legal Secretary within the Wills & Trust department, providing secretarial and administrative support to the wider team.Your new roleAre you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a role where you can provide partners, solicitors and consultants a high level of support, by demonstrating excellent secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence. You will be joining a team that specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high-net-worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax-efficient wills. Previous experience within this area is an asset but not a requirement.What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Secretarial role or Legal environment (min)
  • Exemplary communication skills, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and the ability to carry out general office tasks
  • Skilled in diary management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
