A prestigious law firm in Chester is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Real Estate team. This full-time role, reporting to a Senior Fee Earner, offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will be highly valued. Duties:

  • Engage effectively with clients and third parties via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face, to provide advice and assistance
  • Manage and chase various documentation, including ID, mortgage offers, and searches
  • Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and third-party websites
  • Ensure clients and business introducers receive exceptional service at all times
  • Prepare necessary documentation throughout the conveyancing process
  • Compile completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices
  • Handle post-exchange matters as directed by the team manager
  • Oversee completions on the day of completion.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of solid work experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department.
  • Paralegal support experience and relevant training and/or qualifications.
