This very well-regarded, multi-service law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This role is ideal for a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with several years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Work collaboratively with a team of qualified and non-qualified Conveyancing Fee Earners
- Handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds and help to buy
