Role Responsibilities

My client is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their Private Client team. They are seeking a senior Solicitor who can support the growth of the department along with managing a mixed caseload including:
* Wills
* LPAs
* Setting up and administration of trusts
* IHT advice
* Wealth protection

Your clients will be business owners and HNW individuals.

Person Specification

We are actively seeking applications from experienced Private Client Solicitors, ideally with a minimum of 10 years' PQE. In addition to effectively managing your own caseload, you will also be adept at networking and business development demonstrating a keen ambition to enhance the department's growth. The ideal legal professional will also possess the following skills and experience:
