About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to handle fault requests, perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and provide out-of-hours (OOH) support for high-end, large-scale integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain and repair complex Analogue & Digital CCTV Systems across public highways, shopping malls, custodial facilities, and general areas.? Manage and maintain functional and managed control rooms.? Provide excellent customer service while working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).? Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems.? Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM).? Update the helpdesk on job status and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

? Experience in repair & maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, or fire systems).? Strong customer service skills.? Knowledge of Access Control systems with Site Mustering (advantageous).? A valid driving license.? Flexibility with working hours when required.? Desirable experience with: PIDs, Galaxy Alarms, Cortech, CEM Access Control, Synergy, Video Matrix Systems, IP Systems, Networks, RAID Recording, and first-line repairs on gates & barriers.
