Supply Planner | Chester | Food Retail

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this household name in the recruitment of a Supply Planner to bring into their Head Office in the Chester area.As Supply Planner your role will be to ensure the continuous supply of goods to our clients large retailer estate in order to achieve company KPI's and budgets.Your main areas of accountability will sit around: service - delivering company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost and stock - management of stock within Company budgets, including discontinued and deranged stock and to deliver within company reduced and waste budget.To be considered for this role you must display the following:

  • Ability to maximise product availability across your allocated range of products whilst keeping both stock levels and shrinkage within budget.
  • Agile problems solving ability having the ability to think outside the box.
  • A good understanding of the Supply Chain process
  • Detailed understanding of both Warehouse and Store Replenishment systems.
  • "Can-do" attitude with a desire to learn and develop within a business that offers fantastic growth opportunities
This role is a hybrid position after training, requiring 3 days at head office during the week.
