Job Title: Supply Planner

Location: Deeside - Hybrid working

Remuneration: upto £30k

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, while effectively managing costs.
  • Manage stock within company budgets, including discontinued and deranged stock, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Anticipate factors that influence demand, such as seasonal events, weather, and promotions.
  • Meet demand requirements to ensure continuous supply, while adhering to company KPIs and budgets for all sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Buyers, Merchandisers, and Depot planning team to generate accurate forecasts for item and product groups.
  • Foster collaboration with external stakeholders such as Suppliers, Hauliers, and Third-party providers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience maximising product availability while managing stock levels and shrinkage within budget.
  • Agile problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Thorough understanding of the supply chain process.
  • In-depth knowledge of Warehouse and Store Replenishment systems.
  • Proactive approach to professional development, actively seeking training and coaching opportunities.
