As a member of a motivated team, the Conveyancing Administrator will be processing of complex conveyancing and property searches as well as handling queries. You will also be required to assist in building management tasks and liaise with external contractors in an appropriate and professional manner.

Based within recently renovated modern offices, the Conveyancing Administrator will work on a hybrid basis Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing the daily import files from introducers, ensuring their secure return confirming accurate allocation
  • Completing all areas of the remortgage process accurately and efficiently including the use of Land Registry for title applications
  • Viewing Official Entry information to make product decisions through integrated user-interfaces
  • Issuing bespoke communications accurately to customers as required
  • Ensure all instructions are entered promptly and accurately onto the system
  • Responding to complex queries with detailed and accurate answers
  • Managing daily case updates including cancellations, reassignments and product amendments
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate the return of work within agreed service levels
  • Ordering searches and liaising with search providers to ensure searches are returned within the correct time frame and ensuring that the task management system remains fully up to date at all times
  • Maintain all service level agreements set for your role by following the correct procedures
  • Keeping all logs updated for review in monthly management information packs

Knowledge and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ administration experience, gained within a regulated sector such financial services, ideally in mortgage/property industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Minimum grade C at GCSE in Maths and English, ideally educated to A-level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Possessing a strong focus on excellent customer service
  • Able to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
