Project Integrator job opportunity

Hybrid working base location is Chester.

Duration - 6 months

Are you passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience? Do you thrive in coordinating complex projects and integrating various components? We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrator to join our client's dynamic Credit Cards Lab based in Chester.

As the Integrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and integrating the delivery of business and technical components across multiple Labs and third parties. You will facilitate the delivery of credit card platform releases, ensuring end-to-end testing with internal IT teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish pivotal integration points and effectively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop integration task sequences in collaboration with Lab Leadership.
  • Manage dependencies between the platform and other teams.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and resolve blockers and escalate when necessary.
  • Oversee and manage underperforming third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate complex and high-risk implementations involving multiple parties.
  • Provide expertise for governance activity owned by the Product Owner.

Skills Required:

  • Agile Methodology & Tools: Experience managing agile teams and driving change.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Values and Behaviours: Innovative mindset, ability to inspire others, and openness to learning.
  • Highly Desirable: Previous experience with Credit Card Migration Programmes, credit card product knowledge, and Agile mindset.
