The role of the Facilities Manager:
- The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the delivery of PPM's and reactive maintenance across circa 1500 assets, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met.
- Compiling detailed reports to relay to the client, as well as partaking in weekly/monthly client progress meetings.
- Take responsibility for site H&S, reviewing RAMS, and issuing work permits to subcontractors.
- Be direct line manager for a team of 5 multiskilled engineers.
- Manage the delivery of minor works.
