Groundworks / New build Housing

Site Manager required to oversee the Groundworks package on a new build housing site in Cheshire. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full civils and groundwork package including Muckshift, Remediation, Foundations and Drainage. This is a freelance role with an approximate duration of 18 months.

Requirements:

- SMSTS, CSCS

- Experience with Groundworks Packages

- Experience with new build housing
