My client are a leading regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new retail and commercial development being delivered in the North West.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager/ contracts manager.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Site supervision.
- Management and supervisory of subcontractors on site.
- Record keeping.
- Progress meetings.
- Task briefings.
- Liaising with the client and main contractor.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Previous experience with bulk earthworks and drainage.
- Full UK driving licence.
