Area: Chester Business Park

Salary: £43,500

Shifts Week 1 6am till 3pm, Week 2 2pm till 11pm

My client is a National FM company, currently looking to add an Engineering Shift Leader

with an electrical bias to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that offer real up-skilling and progression opportunities.

The role of the Engineering Shift Leader will be:

  • Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
  • Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Provide a service that ensures all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
  • Booking maintenance visits, quoting jobs,
  • Overing and scheduling the other engineers workloads.
  • Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
  • Carry out modifications and installations when required
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers, issuing permits to work, and reviewing RAMS.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
  • Liaise with client/management

The facilities Engineering Shift Leaderwill have:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Testing and Inspecting(would be an advantage)
