Our client is a market leading M&E and Renewables contractor who specialise in the repair, service, maintenance and installation of electrical systems, heating systems, air source heat pumps and Solar PV. Throughout the last few years they have substantially grown, doubling their turnover and headcount and they are looking to continue this growth with their 5 year plan.
Due to this extraordinary growth, they are looking for an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join their team, working within the social housing sector throughout St Albans and the surrounding areas. Our client will also consider a plumber who is looking to upskill and move into the renewables industry.
Heat Pump Engineer Salary and Benefits- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

- Carry out installation of ASHP units and central heating systems to client's properties.
- Repairs and minor works as and when required for installation call backs or remedial works
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
- Experience installing, servicing and maintaining Air Source Heat Pumps
- BPEC Heat Pumps (Desirable)
- C&G Energy efficiency (Desirable)
- NVQ 2 or equivalent. (Desirable)
- Unvented hot water systems (Desirable)
