Sonic Summary

Our client in Deeside is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a 6-month contract position.
The role involves troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and performing proactive and reactive maintenance on various electro-mechanical machinery.
Candidates should have production or process maintenance engineering experience, along with mechanical and electrical skills.
An ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and Maintenance is required, as well as knowledge of PLC and inspection camera systems.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least 18 months of relevant experience.

Our client based in Deeside, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a 6 month contract basis.

This will be working full time on site in Deeside.

Main responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot breakdowns across a range of equipment
Perform pro-active and reactive maintenance on electro-mechanical processing and packaging machinery
Maintain documentation to provide records of breakdowns/repairs etc
Attend production meetings
Identify spare requirements and maintain stock levels

Desired Skills and Experience:

Production or process maintenance engineering experience
Mechanical and electrical skills
Understanding of mechanical and electrical aspects of engineering
ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 Engineering and Maintenance
PLC and inspection camera system knowledge
18th Edition wiring regulations
