About the Role

Join the Network Service Assurance team as a Risk Analyst, where you'll play a key role in managing and reporting on risk for network infrastructure while overseeing performance across critical network products and services. As a Business Control Specialist within this team, you'll be at the forefront of issue and audit management, risk escalation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the organization's rigorous risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality risk management outputs, demonstrating a proactive and organized approach.
  • Escalate potential issues promptly, offering clear, actionable solutions.
  • Maintain and build relationships with team members and stakeholders, including Business Line Compliance.
  • Support network technology during internal audits, from planning to issue remediation.
  • Collect evidence, document findings, and validate issue resolution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with WAN/LAN Network Technologies and network technology risks.
  • Experience in a large enterprise setting, especially within banking or financial services.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly around data analytics.
