Location: Chester
Contrac: 6 months intially
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:
As a Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in executing various governance processes for non-financial regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing manual and partially automated process activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
- Managing production health and remediating reporting errors efficiently.
- Tracking statuses, monitoring risks, and providing timely updates to governance forums and stakeholders across Operations, Audit, and Compliance.
- Contributing to operational process improvement projects and analysing data to summarise findings effectively.
What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Banking Experience: Background in Operations, Compliance, Audit, or Risk.
- Regulatory Reporting: Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes.
- Timeliness & Detail Orientation: Ability to execute process activities promptly while maintaining high data quality standards.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and critical thinking to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to clearly document issues and action plans.
Desired Skills:
- SharePoint design and development experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including developing macros and automating processes.
