Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations with young people and their families.
- Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for new referrals, involving input from children, parents/carers, and other agencies.
- Develop and implement risk management and therapeutic care plans tailored to each service user.
- Collaborate with external agencies, attending multi-agency care planning and safeguarding meetings.
- Participate in the emergency and duty rota, providing urgent clinical intervention and risk assessment when necessary.
- Manage a defined caseload, ensuring ongoing evaluation of care plans and outcomes.
- Provide direct psychological, psychoeducational, and therapeutic treatments as needed.
