We are seeking an Executive Search Researcher to join a growing business based right in the heart of Chester City Centre. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of working with senior-level B2B stakeholders and building long-lasting customer relationships based on exemplary service delivery. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth by leveraging their deep understanding of client needs and their ability to think creatively to meet those needs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work closely with senior-level stakeholders to provide a consultative service, understanding complex client briefs and executing them effectively.
- Build and maintain close, trusting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple sectors, including private, public, and third sectors.
- Conduct detailed market mapping for retained search campaigns, ensuring a thorough search process and identifying the best candidates for our clients.
- Develop accurately priced recruitment proposals and work towards financial targets, maintaining a detail-oriented and numerate approach.
- Use creative skills to overcome challenges autonomously, operating without the support of large back-office support teams/systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally experience in a business-to-business, service-led industry sector where client relationships and responsiveness are key.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage credibly with senior-level stakeholders from various industries.
- Exceptional customer focus, achieving solutions that meet both client and business needs.
