I am working with a leading global manufacturing company. They are looking for an operational HR Buisness Partner to help support them for the next 12 | 18 months.

Responsibilities:

Support the SLT on their day to day HR Issues
Manage all ER cases
Support change management agenda
Coach, advise and guide management
Be the face of HR, with an open door policy
Implement policy and procedure
Performance management
Liaise with the talent acquisition team
Report to the Global HR Director
Data management and reporting

The candidate:

Experience as a HR Business Partner
Operationally Generalist
CIPD L3 +
Can work 4 days on site
Can do attidude
High knowledge of employment law
Excellent communication skils
Ability to coach senior stakeholders
