I am working with a leading global manufacturing company. They are looking for an operational HR Buisness Partner to help support them for the next 12 | 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the SLT on their day to day HR Issues
  • Manage all ER cases
  • Support change management agenda
  • Coach, advise and guide management
  • Be the face of HR, with an open door policy
  • Implement policy and procedure
  • Performance management
  • Liaise with the talent acquisition team
  • Report to the Global HR Director
  • Data management and reporting

The candidate:

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Operationally Generalist
  • CIPD L3 +
  • Can work 4 days on site
  • Can do attidude
  • High knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication skils
  • Ability to coach senior stakeholders
