Office Administrator (6months)Based in Chester£22,500 pro rata

Working for this thriving business in the heart of Chester City Centre, the Office Administrator will be joining a fast-paced, progressive company who are multiple award-winners in their industry.You will be based within a modern, open-plan office with a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The key objective of the role is to provide administration support, ensuring compliance, inbox management and other office duties.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Processing and distributing various compliance and legal forms to the relevant authorities and accurately maintaining details on the in-house system. • Communicating and liaising with local councils. • Collating and circulating due diligent packs.• Managing and organising the mailbox ensuring the escalation of urgent information as required. • Confident liaison with outside agencies and internal customers over the phone and via email. • Provide a day to day customer service.• General office duties to support, including filing, documentation and administration • Additional adhoc duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Great organisational skills and an ability to work in a busy environment and to prioritise and work to tight timescales • Strong Word / Excel skills (including mail merge) • Enthusiastic, pro-active and motivated individual • Strong communication skills particularly written and verbal skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
