Your new companyA well known, global manufacturing company located near Chester is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy, fast-paced office. This role will involve directly supporting colleagues and directors within the office and working as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. However, the potential for flexible working hours may be offered to the right candidate. Your new roleAs an administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities:

  • Answering queries via email or phone
  • Creating/amending documents
  • Inbox management
  • Maintain databases
  • Filing and copying documents
  • Diary management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Good communication skills
  • IT skills - The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, exposure to ERP such as SAP and be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Comprehension of data management and integrity
