Your new companyA well known, global manufacturing company located near Chester is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy, fast-paced office. This role will involve directly supporting colleagues and directors within the office and working as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. However, the potential for flexible working hours may be offered to the right candidate. Your new roleAs an administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering queries via email or phone
- Creating/amending documents
- Inbox management
- Maintain databases
- Filing and copying documents
- Diary management
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Good communication skills
- IT skills - The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, exposure to ERP such as SAP and be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comprehension of data management and integrity
