Reed Educations is working with a large Secondary School in Flintshire

The school are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator with expertise in SIMS (School Information Management System) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SIMS database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of student information, attendance, and academic performance.

• Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

• Assist with the enrolment and admissions process, including processing applications and maintaining student records.

• Coordinate and manage school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open days, and school trips. • Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a School Administrator or in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.

• Proficiency in using SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
