The role involves supporting the Practice Manager, training the team, and addressing complex patient queries, with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm, five days a week including Saturdays.
The position offers a salary of up to £31,500 depending on experience, along with team incentives, five weeks of holiday plus bank holidays, and additional benefits such as a medical healthcare plan and CET training.
Candidates must be fully qualified Dispensing Opticians registered with the GOC, and while management experience is preferred, those looking to step into management are also encouraged to apply.

Dispensing Optician Assistant Manager - Requirements

Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
Management or supervisory experience would be an advantage, but also happy for someone to take their first step into management
Interest in fashion and brands

Enthusiastic about high quality service
Confident to make bold recommendations
