Are you ready to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our small, friendly, and dynamic team in Chester. As part of a growing corporate group, you'll be a key player in our busy Recoveries Department, where you'll help drive income recovery and manage a variety of debt cases.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own your caseload - handle cases from start to finish, taking full responsibility for their progress.
  • Communicate with impact - produce both standard and custom letters to drive debt recovery.
  • Problem-solve creatively - investigate and work through cases to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Keep management in the loop - provide regular updates on case progress and consult with in-house solicitors for legal advice when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
  • A love for problem-solving and investigating cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you'll need to be confident on the phone and skilled at letter writing
  • Creative thinking and the ability to work independently
  • Preferred: Experience in Recoveries, Collections, or Finance, but this is not essential - we'll give you all the tools you need to succeed!
