OVERVIEW:
- A skilled residential conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience is needed to provide cover for two annual leave dates in May and June.
- The appointed conveyancer must be able to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build
- As a locum, you will have the ability to hit the ground running and progress the existing caseload
- This role requires the ability to handle own caseload independently, however some support can be available
- This role is office-based for the duration of the assignment, however some flexibility for hybrid working will be considered
- The role is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives
