- Gather necessary information from clients to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Process payroll data and generate pay slips.
- Notify clients of PAYE and NIC liabilities.
- Arrange BACS payments for employees.
- Ensure compliance with pension filing obligations.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Address client queries and provide assistance with payroll matters.
- Assist in setting up new payroll processes for clients.
- Assist the Payroll Manager with marketing and promotional activities.
- Handle various payroll projects, including statutory changes.
- Previous experience in a payroll role is essential
- Bureau experience is helpful
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
