The Role

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a high-quality payroll service.

Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end payroll processing, including Auto Enrolment.

? Managing multiple payrolls and maintaining strong client relationships.

? Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and industry changes.

? Working collaboratively within the payroll team.

? Liaising with HMRC and other third-party providers.

? Troubleshooting payroll-related queries and providing excellent customer service.

About You:

  • CIPP qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, Auto Enrolment, and manual calculations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
