Your role will involve dispensing medications, offering expert advice, and delivering exceptional patient care. GPhC registration is essential.

Profile

The ideal candidate must:* Registered with the GPhC or be provisionally registered* Have a passion for delivering an excellent patient service* Have good knowledge of community pharmacy operations and provision of both local and national pharmacy services* Confident in building on existing relationships with local GP practices, care & nursing homes, and other care providers* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and confident in managing and leading a team, encouraging their development and career progression* Have a great rapport with patients and be able to make them feel comfortable using the pharmacy services* Be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player* Promote and develop advance pharmacy services, helping the team to meet their targets* Work accurately under pressure
