Description

  • Manage and implement statutory testing obligations and planned preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
  • To instruct and manage contractors in the delivery of compliance programmes within defined KPI's
  • Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
  • Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.

Profile

A successful Compliance Coordinator should have:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organisation skills and ability to work to tight timescales
  • Effective minute taking skills
  • Property Compliance experience- programming, management, legislation and delivery
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualified or working towards
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player
  • System and IT Literate, exposure to Excel
