Description
- Manage and implement statutory testing obligations and planned preventative maintenance programs
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
- To instruct and manage contractors in the delivery of compliance programmes within defined KPI's
- Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
- Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.
Profile
A successful Compliance Coordinator should have:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to work to tight timescales
- Effective minute taking skills
- Property Compliance experience- programming, management, legislation and delivery
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualified or working towards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player
- System and IT Literate, exposure to Excel
