Primary School Teacher

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Primary School Teacher to join a Primary School in Chester to work on a long-term basis starting in January!

You’ll be joining an inclusive & supportive school, focused on diversity and equality.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

 What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
  •  Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Provide feedback on student progress and report any issues to the regular teacher or school leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in Education or a related field and hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and behaviour management strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching standards
  • Recent DBS check or willingness to undergo one prior to employment
