PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT IN CHESTER

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Chester to work on a long-term or short-term basis

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

 What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students

  • Administering assesments They can help with the administration of assessments, keeping track of students' progress, and providing feedback to the teacher

  • Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs (1:1 SEND Support)

  • Managing classroom behaviour

Essential Qualifications:

  •  Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting

  •  Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

  • Holds a Level 2/3 qualification as a Teacher Assistant, and any relevant SEND CPD certificates. 

  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
