About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As part of the manufacturing engineering function, you will work in collaboration with a multifunctional team to ensure successful industrialisation into production.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in key areas of aircraft production, assembly, testing, and certification, while driving continuous improvements and optimising processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate design intent into technical instructions and Manufacturing Engineering data for aircraft detail manufacture, assembly, test, and certification.
  • Implement best practices, tools, and processes from first principles to meet business requirements.
  • Develop detailed work preparation definitions, including routings, BOMs, SOIs, and STV calculations for aircraft production.
  • Evaluate and enhance the capacity of manufacturing processes and recommend necessary changes to product design standards.
  • Provide electrical and mechanical support to operations, supply chain, and Final Assembly Lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of lean principles.
  • Proficiency in business management tools, including:
  • SAP (desirable)
  • DPDS/PASS and PDM link systems (desirable)
  • MTM TiCon systems (desirable)
  • Microsoft/Google Office tools
