ShortList Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join a forward-thinking, hugely ambitious and expanding company.
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the clients products, which will include mobile apps, are developed in line with business and customer needs, with the direction and influence of yourself playing a big part in the delivery of each of these products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative individual to be part of a market-changing set of products, acting as the hold between the technical and design departments and the stakeholders. You will be expected to plan how changes will be made to all products and will be asked to communicate this across the business.
This role will suit someone with the following experience:
- Fantastic understanding of product usability
- Understanding of User Interface
- Have a strong grasp of how to measure and improve processes
- Executing product strategies to achieve company OKRs
- The ability to read between the lines with customer comment and ask the right questions
- An analytical mind, constantly thinking about finding a better way
- Experience with AB testing would be beneficial
- A logical approach, coming up with ideas and testing them to provide the best results
- Can communicate with people at all levels of a business
- You will have an innovative mind and understand how businesses grow
- A creative spark would be highly beneficial, perhaps with experience as a UX designer or a keen interest in UX Design

This Product Manager role is paying up to £50,000 plus a brilliant benefits package, which includes flexi time, healthcare, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, sports allowance, enhanced pension and more! The role is based on the outskirts of Chester and is 2 days' in the office and 3 days' remote. Commutable from Wrexham, Chester, the Wirral, Warrington, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Runcorn, Frodsham and Helsby.
