M&E Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical biased M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple secured projects ranging up to 7.5m+. This role reports directly to the M&E Construction Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate tendering, estimating, design, and project management processes.
• Prepare and monitor client and design changes.
• Manage project managers and supervisors.
• Track project costs and prepare valuations and final accounts.
• Attend scheme design team meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft Package.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in projectmanagement.
• Certificate of Higher Education.
• SMSTS/IOSH certification.
• Mechanical, Plumbing, Heating, or Electrical qualification.

Experience:

• Essential experience in project management: 5 years.
